  • Opportunity: The client wanted to invest in a travel consolidator company which was a go-to portal for travel agents (TAs) and wanted to get a detailed understanding of business overview, market attractiveness, EBITDA projections and competitive benchmarking in different geographies (within and outside India)
Our Approach
  • Comprehensive market sizing separately for each geo-based on secondary sources and primary interactions
  • Deep travel agent and hotel manager interviews (N>140, warm and cold) in India, South Africa, and UAE. This was supplemented by expert interviews and an in-person survey of TAs
