Insightful analysis by our friends at PGA Labs has shown that overarching trends such as daily time spent on podcasts per day (30 mins) and popular genres (including storytelling, comedy, self-improvement, horror) have been consistent across Tier I and Tier II/III cities. However, Tier I users, with high commute times have typically been associated with passive consumption in the mornings/late evenings while Tier II/ III use cases have focused more on traditional storytelling and active engagement throughout the day.
